You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Turnoxy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all traffic routed through our proxy services.

You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

2.1 Free Plans: If you are using a free version of our Services, it is really free: we do not ask for your credit card and we will not sell your data.

2.2 Paid Plans: Our free trial does not require a credit card. After the trial, you must explicitly purchase a plan to continue using the service. No automatic charges will occur.

2.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or as otherwise specified in your plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2.4 Refunds: We give you 100 MB of free trial traffic with no credit card required. After that, if you purchase and use less than 100 MB within 24 hours, you can request a full refund. Beyond that window, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. For details, see our Refund Policy.

3.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel a subscription, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the subscription will not renew and access will end. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you used less than 100 MB per our Refund Policy.

3.3 Data Deletion: Within 30 days of cancellation, all your account data will be permanently deleted from our active systems. Within 60 days, all data will be purged from our backups.

3.4 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of our employees will result in immediate account termination.

You agree NOT to use our Services for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk communications
• Harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Child exploitation or human trafficking
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

We strive to maintain high uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance when possible.

What We Don't Log: We do not log, monitor, or store your browsing history, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic passing through our proxy servers.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our Services are owned by Turnoxy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

We claim no intellectual property rights over any data or content you transmit through our Services.

8.1 Disclaimer: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.

8.3 Cap: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turnoxy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
