Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Turnoxy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all traffic routed through our proxy services.

You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

1.5 One account per person. You may hold only one Turnoxy account. Registering or operating additional accounts, whether under different email addresses, identities, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, or on behalf of someone who already has an account, is prohibited. We link accounts by technical and behavioral signals; if accounts are found to belong to the same person or group, all of them may be terminated together, including accounts with a paid balance, without refund.

2.1 Free Trial: Every new account gets 100 MB of trial traffic. It is really free: we do not ask for your credit card and we will not sell your data. The trial is one per person, not one per account.

2.2 Paying: After the trial, you must explicitly purchase traffic to continue using the service. No automatic charges will occur.

2.3 Billing: The service is pay-as-you-go. You purchase traffic upfront and it is consumed as you use the service. There are no recurring charges and no automatic renewals. Purchased traffic does not expire.

2.4 Refunds: The free trial is where you evaluate the service. Once you pay, a purchase is refunded in full only if you ask within 24 hours and have used less than 100 MB of it; anything outside those two conditions needs a separate request, which we review case by case. 3.1 Stopping: There is nothing to cancel. Purchased traffic does not expire, so you can simply stop using the service and come back whenever you like. If you want your account closed, contact our support team.

3.2 Effect of Closing: Closing your account forfeits any remaining traffic balance, unless it qualifies for a refund under our Refund Policy (within 24 hours of purchase, less than 100 MB used).

3.3 Data Deletion: Within 30 days of closing, all your account data will be permanently deleted from our active systems. Within 60 days, all data will be purged from our backups.

3.4 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Termination extends to every account we determine to be linked to yours (see 1.5), and remaining balances on terminated accounts are not refunded. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of our employees will result in immediate account termination.

You agree NOT to use our Services for:

• Abusing the service itself: farming free trials, creating accounts to evade a limit, suspension, or ban, or interfering with our systems or other users
• Sharing, lending, or reselling your credentials, or letting a third party route traffic through your account
• Circumventing our risk controls, rate limits, or destination restrictions
• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk communications
• Harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Child exploitation or human trafficking
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate termination of your account and any accounts linked to it, without refund.

We strive to maintain high uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance when possible.

We take security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. For details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

What We Don't Log: We do not log, monitor, or store your browsing history, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic passing through our proxy servers.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our Services are owned by Turnoxy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

We claim no intellectual property rights over any data or content you transmit through our Services.

8.1 Disclaimer: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.

8.3 Cap: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turnoxy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
