We give you 100 MB of free trial traffic — no credit card required. Test us out, and if you want to use more, we offer monthly subscriptions or pay-as-you-go options.
If you accidentally purchase: You can get a full refund within 24 hours if you used less than 100 MB of traffic. Just email support.
Beyond 24 hours or more usage: We review all support requests fairly and make exceptions for legitimate issues.
1. Free Trial Traffic — Risk-Free Evaluation
All new accounts start with 100 MB of free trial traffic. No credit card is required.
This gives you complete access to Turnoxy's full feature set. You can test all proxy types, parameters, and connection modes to ensure our service meets your needs before committing to payment.
2. Automatic Refunds (Accidental Purchases)
We understand that sometimes you might purchase by mistake. If you haven't actually used the service yet, we'll refund you.
You qualify for an automatic refund if:
- Within 24 hours: Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase
- Less than 100 MB used: You've consumed less than 100 MB of traffic
Email [email protected] with your account email and we'll process the refund within 1-2 business days.
This policy applies to both monthly subscriptions and pay-as-you-go purchases.
3. Beyond 24 Hours or More Usage
After the automatic refund window (24 hours + <100 MB), we review all requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.Contact [email protected] and describe your situation honestly.
Examples where we typically offer credit or refund:
- Service was unavailable for an extended period affecting your work
- A specific proxy type performed poorly due to our infrastructure issue
- You found a legitimate bug that prevented you from using the service
- Billing error or duplicate charge on your account
We cannot offer refunds for:
- A specific website or service blocking our proxies (not something we can control)
- You changing your mind after significant use
- Service limitations you tested during your free trial
4. How to Request a Refund or Support
For automatic refunds (within 24 hours, <100 MB used), or for any other refund/credit request, email us with:
- Your account email address
- The date(s) of your purchase(s)
- A clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Amount of traffic used (if applicable)
We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Be honest and specific — we do our best to support customers who support us.
5. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment processor, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is being resolved.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. In most cases, we can resolve issues much faster through email.
